As a graduate of the University Paul Verlaine in Metz 2001 (master’s degree in Private Law mention "judicial professions "), Alex Penning joined the Luxembourg Bar in 2002.
After a successful 4-year experience in a Luxembourgish law practice specialised in litigation, during which he acquired a expertise in terms of plea and summation before Luxembourg’s common, special and supreme courts, he joined the LADKA PETOUD PENNING in 2006 where he practices criminal law, employment law and civil litigation (family law, contract law and civil liability, letting lease).
Simultaneously, Alex PENNING puts his legal skills to serve sporting bodies as a judge at the Court of Appeal of Luxembourg Football Federation (FLF) and as president of the Luxembourg Union of Figure Skating (ULP).
He welcomes his clients in Luxembourgish, French, German, English and Italian.
